Police Officers Point Of View In Tell-Tale Heats By: Kit-Kat

I (the police officer) think this crazy man is acting kind of weird. He's pacing around and seem as if he's trying to get rid of something. He keep's saying some sound is getting louder and louder and louder. He must have some type of condition where he hears things that nobody else can hear. But then, he cracks he tells me and my partner what he has done. "Villains!" he shrieked, "dissemble no more!
